In 2021, experimenting with scone recipes became a shared family interest. One batch led to another, new flavors followed, and before long there was something worth sharing beyond the family kitchen.

As more people looked for pastries that felt comforting without being overly sweet, that family experiment began to grow into a small business—one built around thoughtful flavor, simple ingredients, and the pleasure of sharing good food.

Today, each batch is still prepared locally in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with the same small-batch care that started it all.
